Who we need: 

Our in-house creative team is looking for a talented Video and Motion Designer with an eye for design to create engaging video content for our venues, websites and social mediaReporting to the Senior Designer they’ll be working alongside other Graphic Designers. We are a small close-knit team constantly creating new and exciting content for our UK business 


The candidate would be experienced and well organised, who has exceptional attention to detail and lives and breathes all things video and motion design. Creating video content is a passionnever a choreThey are a real team player with aapproachable and helpful ‘can-do’ attitude, always flexible and able to help and support others. Their portfolio will possess immersive videothat are both visually and commercially effective.  


They keep up to date with the latest design trends and consider themselves a creative expert. They are customer focussed which allows them to create eye-catching content to communicate key business messagesIt’s important to them to develop strong relationships with colleagues around the business and are confident to collaborate and contribute ideas in meetings 


What you’ll do: 

  • Be our sole video and motion design expert 
  • Act as a brand guardian for all our brands 
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions 
  • Respond and deliver all creative briefs from start to finish 
  • Provide sound knowledge and advice for all things video and motion 
  • Help and support the team in all relevant meetings and presentations 
  • Occasionally film live content on location which can include directing other videographers and models to get the best quality content 
  • Help manage the production of shoots, liaising with internal and external stakeholders where needed 
  • Edit and deliver quality content as per brief at speed to meet fast turnaround  
  • Look after the video content library making it easily accessible to all 
  • Provide support to other designers with video and motion software  
  • Constantly look for ways to improve how we do things as a team 


What you’ll have: 

  • Detailed and relevant experience with an excellent portfolio 
  • Be fully versed in Adobe Creative suite particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro 
  • Experience in content storytelling through all media with a strong knowledge of social trends and platform dimensions 
  • Experience of all digital video formats and social media platforms 
  • Experience in working collaboratively with other creatives 
  • Experience with cameras, lighting and audio setup 
  • Ability to help art direct talent to get the best quality content 
  • Experience in searching for and using stock video content 
  • Understanding of digital asset management 
  • Experience with working with online project management tools

What would differentiate you from other candidates: 

  • Experience in shooting and editing videos for the hospitality sector 
  • Experience filming high quality video in dark, busy and loud settings 
  • Possess own filming equipment would be an advantage 
  • Ability to use Cinema 4D or similar 3D software 
  • Experience working for in-house creative teams and use of Asana 
  • Live within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes
